Donatella Carboni is Associate Professor in Geography at the University of SASSARI, after obtaining a doctorate of research in Environmental Geography at the University La Sapienza of Rome. In recent years it has been interested in the integrated management of the coastal zone (ICZM) by actively participating in the management process of the coasts by acquiring knowledge to deal with the conflicts of the decision-making process. In this context, it has participated in several events in Italy and abroad. He has produced about 120 works published in national journals and international. He participated as a member of the committee and organization of numerous national and international congresses and is a member of the scientific committee of three international journals international.
